By accessing or using Steppin' (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. No Account Required

Steppin' does not require you to create an account. You do not register, and you do not provide an email address, phone number, or username to use the app. The app runs entirely on your device.

2. Use of the Service

2.1. Step Tracking: Steppin' requires access to track the number of steps taken per day in order to allocate screen time. By using the Service, you grant Steppin' the necessary permissions to access and use step tracking data from your device. Steppin' will only use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree to not violate any applicable laws or regulations or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to manipulate or attempt to falsify step count data in order to gain additional screen time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Steppin' and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Termination

Steppin' reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Steppin' makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Service, including but not limited to its ability to accurately track steps or allocate screen time.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Steppin' be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Agreement

These Terms of Service were last updated on July 23, 2026.

Steppin' reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
